In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates, extensively explore employment channels and job positions, deepen cooperation between the government, schools, and enterprises, and create a job internship platform for college students in Hubei. On April 1, 2024, the awarding ceremony of the internship and training base of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts (Hubei Hongyihao Clothing Co., Ltd.) was held at the Industry Promotion Center of Qichun Investment Promotion Bureau.

 Symposium on School Enterprise Cooperation 

Government representative Ouyang Changxian, member of the Standing Committee and Deputy County Mayor of Qichun County, first introduced the local culture and history of Qichun. He expressed his expectations and confidence in this cooperation, set goals for school enterprise cooperation, and placed sincere hopes on it.

Enterprise representative You Jiawu, President of Dongguan Qichun Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Hubei Hongyihao Clothing Co., Ltd., stated that after the completion of the internship and training base, the regulations will be conscientiously implemented to ensure that the school and students feel at ease, and to repay the school with practical actions, promote the economic development of Qichun, and create an exemplary higher art education internship and training base.

Wu Chun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Fashion Arts at Hubei University of Fine Arts, stated at the meeting that the college has always adhered to the student-centered concept of jointly building internship and training bases with enterprises, expanding internship and employment opportunities, making efforts in overall coordination, expanding channels, promoting graduates to have more comprehensive and high-quality employment, and continuously promoting the integration of industry, academia and research in the college.

Professor Li Haibing, Dean of the School of Handicrafts at Hubei University of Fine Arts and Director of the IFA Fashion Art Research Center, stated that under the concept of “art intervenes in life, art changes life”, the center is based on artistic background and commercial cognition, rooted in tradition and looking to the future. Create a path in freedom, plan the development of the all fashion market, implement corporate demands, truly transform art into commercial value, and enrich horizontal project output. At the same time, it is emphasized that school enterprise cooperation needs to be closely integrated, and local industrial upgrading can be achieved through talent transfer and design empowerment, so that teaching achievements and commercial value can fully bloom and bear fruit.

In the future, the school will fully leverage the brand matrix power of the School of Fashion and Arts, continuously strengthen its connections with enterprises, further carry out multi-level, multi form, and multi field cooperation, achieve the organic combination and optimized allocation of school enterprise resources, and work together to innovate talent training models and promote student employment.
